Conditional Use Permit Amendment – Telecommunication Facility – 3053 E Casto Lane (Public zone) Review and consideration of a request of conditional approval amendment from Applicant Kalab Cox. Applicant proposes to amend the existing facility at this location by replacing the previously approved, existing wood monopole with a required “Stealth” structure (Simulated Pine Tree) as per Ord 13.83. Conditional Use Permit – “Earth & Ether” Home Occupation – 3957 South Alberly (R-1-10 zone) Review and consideration of a request by Brittany Lee, seeking conditional approvals for a home-based business permit to perform skin treatment services within her home, as per Ord. 5.54.010 &13.76.730.

Residential Subdivision – “Lincoln Park” Concept & Preliminary – 2251 E Lincoln Lane (R-2-10 zone) Review and consideration of an application by Ben Norman of conceptual and preliminary level subdivision submittals for a 2-lot, single-family home subdivision plat as per Holladay Ord§13.10

Motion for concept – Marianne moved to approve, Howard 2nd - Unanimous

Motion for Preliminary – Marianne move to approve prelim sub plan with staff report – add replace or enchace fence on west & add element to divert storm water to lin. Delegate final plat to statt Alyssa 2nd - unanimous

Residential Subdivision – “Bermondsey Place” Concept – 4545 S thru 4551 S Highland Drive (R-2-10 zone) Review and consideration of an application by Ashley Atkinson of conceptual level plan submittal for a twin-home subdivision plat (8 units) as per Holladay Ord§13.10
