            Review and consideration of a request of conditional approval amendment from Applicant Kalab Cox. Applicant proposes to amend the existing facility at this location by replacing the previously approved, existing wood monopole with a required “Stealth” structure (Simulated Pine Tree) as per Ord 13.83.                                                                                                                                        File #00-2-16-1
